This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jiliwin ("jiliwin," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform at jiliwin.asia, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("you," "Player," "Data Subject") who access or use the jiliwin platform.

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in compliance with AML and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of 3 years for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of the interaction.

The jiliwin platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jiliwin does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. This is both a legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and a core responsible gaming commitment.

If jiliwin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.

jiliwin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or platform features.
